WhamGuard Boat Dock Bumpers
Whether you call them boat dock bumpers or boat dock rollers or ball thingies that protect your boat and dock, these things work! WhamGuard Boat Dock Bumpers were designed out of necessity. Brains behind the idea belongs to Wes Hamilton. After spending 15+ years on Oklahoma lakes, Wes had experience installing the big, bulky vertical boat dock rollers. Making him think there HAS to be a better way!
Boat Dock Rollers that Work
Many boat owners know the pain. The pain of getting to the end of an awesome day on the lake and now it’s time to head to the dock. Oh Lordy, here we go. Managing a boat in low speed and trying to steer is challenging. A family member either needs to hang precariously off the edge, or the posts need some sort of padding to ease the blow. Traditional vertical boat dock rollers tried to fill this void. However, they don’t always work. Also, they are big, bulky and HEAVY. Trying to install heavy boat dock rollers near the water can lead to certain disaster. Meaning, if you are unlucky enough to drop it in the drink. You are out of luck and $750.
Why WhamGuard is Different
When boaters think of boat dock rollers, many think of the tall vertical boat dock rollers that have been around for over a decade. There are several knock off versions of the original, but they are work about the same. And poorly at that. They seldom roll, are very heavy and have gaps between the plastic and metal posts that boats get hung up on. These are boat dock ROLLERS that WORK. The bumper is attached to the post with an internal bushing requiring no drilling or heavy lifting. These are also lightweight and they float! ONE person can EASILY
install one in LESS THAN 10 minutes. If you don’t like the position, remove and adjust with a new boat or dock.
